The Grief Sessions
What is one piece of advice that you would give to others who are struggling with grief?
"I would also say—if you... I don’t know, if you’re like me, and you feel like you should be grieving someone but haven’t—it’s just like, don’t force it. It’ll come. Like, don’t bottle it down either. But just like—I don’t know. When it hits you, it’ll hit you. And that’s—that’s all right. It doesn’t have to be immediately after something happens."

talking with family or any other relevant people, and if you have any mementos of theirs, it’s nice to keep those around. At least for me, anyways. It seems to help. Almost like a manifestation of who they were, even though they’re not around anymore.
